I shouldn't have to constantly worry about getting insulted in a ranked game. If I report someone that was insulting me and they get no punishment how are you going to say you have a good punishment system? Honestly if they aren't getting any punishment for being toxic to another player then what's the point of even having the punishment system other than AFK or dodging queue.
Because if you punish every single person who throws an insult then this game dies,and that includes every game ever made,im sure even you have said somthing that could be considered an insult
we are at a weird point where they can have Draconian punishment,banning people with a very sensitive and easy to abuse report system
or
Do what their doing and yes,not everyone gets punished as you would want but at least their is minimal damage and is a bit hard to abuse if you are truly innocent
90% of this section of the forums are people complaining about the punishments they receive. Punishments certainly do go out, but like any similar system, it's far from perfect.
