I need help to fix this

I recently got a 5 game low priority queue for leaving games and i understand that its an automatic system and it is a good system. The problem comes when in the past couple of weeks the only reason I've left games is because the game has closed itself out and the client has either A) Given me the option to reconnect but every time i press the button it gives me an error message forcing me to close it out and try again or B) Sat there at the "game still in progress" message and not given me the option to reconnect. This last time i sat there for a couple minutes tried to close out the client and had to go into task manager to finish closing it out and then when i tried to relaunch it i had to restart my whole computer. I know i need to do the low priority queue and i will, I just want to find a way to fix this. Even when I close the game out normaly after having no issues, half the time i still have to go into the task manager to close league still running in the background to reopen it. If anyone could help me with this it would be very appreciated.
