It is a crying shame that Riot will change their profile pictures to a rainbow but don't yet have a system by which people are automatically kicked from the game for using slurs against minorities! This is unacceptable and I will not be purchasing any more RP till the crack down on bullying is fixed. My brother suffers from brain damage and while he literally can't play league he watches me and it is heartbreaking seeing people use words like r@#$%# or f@% or n%$&#@ in game and not be immediately removed! Riot can say publicly that they are zero tolerance all they want but if the reality is that these people are saying these awful, hateful words in my game, it's probably not the first time. The honor system is not enough, we need full reform to the system!

Upvote this to tell Riot we want real zero tolerance against minorities!

So, there's a balance between punishing the player during a game, and not punishing the victims by making them fight a 4v5 game.

Report them after game. You don't punish everyone due to the actions of one asshat. That is what you are suggesting. If the system worked like that, not only would the system have to check the chat for every active game constantly(Jeez, just imagining that is a nightmare, the server load would increase exponentially) you would also force the remaining players to fight a 4v5.

Punishing people in game as good as it sounds would be a very risky thing to do as chermorg said it wouldn't be fair to the team this person is on as you would then be down a man in a very hard game to win even with a full team.

I understand that your brother has a disability... but if it is that big of a deal for you and you are this passionate about it i recommend that if you are playing with him watching to just mute everyone as soon as you get into the match. It sounds harsh but if you care about his well being and what he sees online then the only one responsible here is you. You cannot control others actions but you can control yours and how you react. You know the risk of entering a game of league of legends and you should treat that risk with the appropriate response if you really care that strongly about this subject.

I may also suggest that there is a chat filter as well which can greatly prevent a lot of the words you probably don't want him to see from even showing up at all.

In the end don't blame others for being ignorant to things you can do to alleviate your situation.
