Welcome to riots failed system. unless he does that in back to back games, he will not get punished. Riot lies to us saying that the system punishes people in one game who show extreme toxicity, as the picture above shows, but honestly, has ANYONE seen someone who's threatened, spammed, and very toxic actually punished after one game?
