introducing a system in league ranked play where u are able to ask riot for ur lp back

I am sick of getting in games in league of legends ranked play where players afk, this i feel is a constant problem when i am trying to climb up elo, for example today i played three games and in all of them i had someone either troll and int or had someone afk this ment i was unable to win the game and eventually it led to me being deranked. This is why I'm proposing that riot games creates a system where players who have had someone either afk mid way through their game or had some troll and int be able to request they get there lp back this could mean the difference between a player failing a promo series or being deranked and i feel that if this system was introduced there would be fewer trolls as there would be a chance for u to get the lp u lost back, as well as players who play ranked regularly would greatly appreciate this change also.
