Its always pissed me off when riot dint do anything to all those flamers and afks i always kept reporting , in the end i gave up on it..... fun part is after i gave up on riot doing something abt these ppl, i started flaming back at who ever flames me n bam comes the new leave buster system!!!

According to their awesome new system who ever is premade gets away with their flaming while the solo player gets fucked in the ass. i was ranked a few days back and a few games(4 or 5 i guess) straight i got premades in my team on of them flames me when i die and when i start flaming back or arguing back they just report me together at the end of the game and this awesome new invention of theirs doesnt give a damn if its a report from a butt hut premade, reporting me for owning his friend in that argument it just bans me and not the other 2 even though i reported them at the end of the game, i checked their accs and they are still active an well.... been playing from season 2 had friendly honor since last year, till the day i gave up on riot actually doing something and started flaming back taking, talking back the same way im talked to , but no , hell no riot decided that i was more toxic since i can beat them to their own game.... so if its a competitive game why do u consider this to be an offence? should this be considered as skill fight in arguing? if not, then where wer u all this time? and best part is the chat log they sent me as quote for ban is even more messed up, they just checked the words i used, not how i used it!! or why i used it.... gj and bye

my question is why ban someone for using offensive words, when its not even as mean as the way others use the same word at me?

some premade calls u noob, and u call him a useless idiot how would that make me the wrong doer? and i get reported by him and his premade coz i insulted him back, and it is considered as 2 separate reports , where is the justic in that? what good would banning someone for that do? u think anyone is gona stop insulting just coz of that? and if chat was the reason couldnt i get a permanent chat ban? why the damn account?

"i started flaming back at who ever flames me n bam comes the new leave buster system!!!" You: I started breaking the rules and then I got punished, WTF RIOT?!11212?11

" and when i start flaming back or arguing back" Yeah, don't do that.

"reporting me for owning his friend in that argument" Wow, you must be so mature for being able to 'own' someone by flaming them back- oh wait.

"started flaming back taking, talking back the same way im talked to" "but no , hell no riot decided that i was more toxic since i can beat them to their own game" Uh no, you still were toxic. It doesn't matter if you're more or less toxic than others. lol

"some premade calls u noob, and u call him a useless idiot" "how would that make me the wrong doer" Uh, because you still flamed him back, and for this specific example, arguably in a ruder way than he was to you.

"and it is considered as 2 separate reports" That's not how it works.

"what good would banning someone for that do? u think anyone is gona stop insulting just coz of that? and if chat was the reason couldnt i get a permanent chat ban? why the damn account?" Because it bans their account. If their account is banned, obviously they can't flame on it anymore. And you would get a permaban on your account because you were an asshole, and therefore you do not deserve to play the game any further.

i report my premades if they were rude and probably never queue with them again.

the reason why i dyna-queue is to attempt to eliminate the unknowns in player behavior and skill. if either of them don't match with my standards, I'm not queuing with them in a game (I'll queue with much lesser skilled people in non-ranked matches though)

some premade calls u noob, and u call him a useless idiot how would that make me the wrong doer? and i get reported by him and his premade coz i insulted him back, and it is considered as 2 separate reports , where is the justic in that?

Both of you were in the wrong.

And even a group reports you, that's counted as 1 game reported against you, as you are punished based on the games you were validly reported in, and not by the # of reports you received

A few things that come to mind why you would get a ban from toxic behavior compared to the person that you reported. They might have had 1 bad game where they were toxic towards you. It happens. It's not right. It's not ok. However, it happens to all of us. While it sounds like you are consistently toxic, this is where the new system comes in punish your behavior. Consistent toxicity.

Insulting people and toxicity are not a skill in competitive games unless it is a game about insults. Your ability to throw out insults and hurt people does not really reflect on your skill to pilot LoL champions to the end of destroying the enemy nexus.

It sounds like punishing your behavior was a good idea even if you find it unfair that the toxic players that 'started your toxic behavior' avoided punishment for now. It has brought you to at least question the unfun behavior (and sounds like cyber-bullying) that has brought you to this point. However, if they are consistently toxic, they will get punished similar to how you have been. A single game being reported will not result in a ban if that's all the reports you get. 10 games in a row might or 10 games in a week might.

I recommend that in the future, if you see someone being toxic especially towards you. If you do not wish to be toxic yourself, there is a mute button on the score window next to their name. I like to think of it as a mini chat ban that I alone have the sole power to do. It has helped me rise to toxicity much much less, and I hope it would help you as well.
