how can i report a phishing friend ?

a "friend" gave me a fake link and i already report him here : http://goo.gl/bqRmL
( i did find this link in the forum http://forums.euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1109158 ) but considering that the forum is closed since long time i don't know whether someone is still checking those reports ,is there another way to report phishing players ? (i have a screenshot if necessary) i know how to defend myself from phishing but i am scared that kids may lose their accounts
