Trolls

This is getting really out of hand... I cant say how many times people have trolled, given up, intentionally fed, and figured out all kinds of ways to purposely ruin a game for a whole team yet there is no way of stopping these people. They don't say anything that could leave evidence of them trolling yet if you say one word at them, you get reported... I have quit on multiple occasions because of this, It makes the game unplayable. Yet I keep coming back because the game itself is fun. Almost every single game I draw a teammate that thinks its funny to ruin it for the rest of us. I know I am not the only one.... Riot if you really care about your community and its sportsmanship. Figure out a way to punish these people, and don't just rely on some artificial intelligence chat bot to look at someone's chat log and mindlessly ban someone instead of actually looking at the situation.
