I am not cursing at people. I am not starting fights. This is the ONLY game

The game started with the taric getting bush cheesed and me going to help. They didnt heal me I died and then taric and the rest of the team flamed me for being so far behind. As i died lvl 2 naturally the rengar came to blue and killed me

THIS ISN'T TOXIC I WAS THE VICTIM AND THEY GANGED UP ON ME

How do you perma ban an account in this way. It's completely unfair this system

I have never told people to kill themselves and all of my "rage" is directed at people not working together and begging people to group and becoming frustrated when they wont.

This isnt toxic and this isnt fair

No matter what anyone says or does in game you are not to react or respond to it in any way shape or form

either mute and or ignore.

There is absolutely no justification to meet negativity with more negativity

Here is a couple of quotes from the mods regarding " defending yourself"

No, you actually don't. This isn't a free speech issue. Riot controls the space, which grants them the authority to set the rules. If they don't want you in their house, you have to leave.

You still don't have the right to "defend yourself". That has never been a "right" in League. "Defending yourself" is rude, annoying, and turns one toxic player into multiple that your teammates and the enemy have to deal with. And it doesn't actually stop toxicity.

If you are getting angry at the status or outcome of a video game that is a personal issue dealing with emotional stability / anger management. It has nothing to do with Riot , the game , Competitive, legitimate rule breakers or anything else you can come up with.

It also portrays you as an immature childish uncivilized player and person.

If someone intentionally feeds/ afk etc and you flame them for it

you deserve to be punishing just as much as they do.

If someone calls you every name in the book and makes up some new ones -- and you respond

you deserve to be punished just as much as they do.

If someone simply isn't answering your pings , chat or playing the way you think they should and you "call them out"

You deserve to be punished

It does not matter "why" you did it ...the fact is you did . That's the only think that matters in the above cases.

No matter what game mode your in certain things just are not allowed reacting to anything you dont like in game is one of the things not allowed,

In other words you ( according to Riots behavioral policy) have no right to

  • be verbally abusive/ verbally offesive
  • react or "defend yourself" against others being verbally abusive
  • chastise those legitimately breaking the rules
  • Chastise those who you don't agree with
  • complain about anything
  • Rant about any personal grievance in the game
  • giving any type of negative commentary regarding whats happening in the game

Doing any of the above can lead to various punishments including permaban's

So here is the lessons you should take from this on the mature and civilized way to handle things which will also ensure you are following Riots behavioral guidelines

So yes if someone is saying the most vile insults to you ever spoken,

the proper action according to Riot is mute and report without any response including " report x or i'm muting you"

If any amount of people are breaking every game play rule in the book

The proper action according to Riot is ignore them don't respond with anything -- even "report x"

yes you might lose a match and some lP if in ranked its still just a video game and not a serious life or death situation if you do.

and really---

Which is the best coarse of action if you don't want to be punished given Riots current policy?

1 Not reacting or responding in any way shape or form and losing a match and some Lp ...which really has no "real value" and can eventually be replaced

2 Reacting, "defending yourself", "sarcastic " responses, chastising rule breakers or simply just complaining about think you don't like in game and risking losing your entire account that does have monetary value?

The safest option is in other words if you cant say anything positive ..without being sarcastic about it .. don't say anything at all.

If you pick option 2 its inevitable that you will eventually end up perma banned once you reach the top punishment tier.

I don't see anything incredibly "Toxic", but there are parts that sound like Negative attitude to me. Here:

Report calling is unnecessary. Riot tells us that one report is as strong as nine, so there is no need to call for reports. Just report the persons yourself. I don't know how easily Riot punishes from Negativity alone, but I believe even that can happen. Report calling is a borderline case; by itself it apparently does not lead into punishment, but if I were you, I would avoid doing so.

Ah, and like other people have already pointed out; Defending yourself verbally is not wise thing to do in League. Instead; Mute the offending person & Report after the match. After that: Forget it.

You come off a 14 day ban and instead of instantly muting other toxic players, you feed into their toxic behavior make make yourself toxic too. Good job, obviously you have learned nothing.

This is nothing compared to what I've seen, lol. I wouldn't even punish you for this minor venting. To the people that get offended over things like this, you're fragile as hell and need to grow a thicker skin.

Hopefully a riot staff member will give you another chance because this isn't worthy enough for a perm ban imo.

I already posted that I wouldn't punish this guy for this chat. I agree with that. I just wanna say though, it's not a matter of people being offended, as you say. It's more the annoyance of playing with people who engage in petty arguments that take focus away from objectives. If anything, OP is the fragile one for taking such offense to some petty flame, imo. Thick skin= taking an insult and not getting upset over it.

Then this is justified, when having a 14 day ban that is your final warning to change your behavior and any toxicity even minor can and will result in a perma ban such as in your case.

Blaming people isn't allowed and can be considered harassment.

Asking for reports isn't allowed and can be considered harassment.

You we're passive aggressive a lot through out too which Riot has always frowned upon.

As far as riots concerned you didn't reform, you didn't learn your lesson when you came off of your 14 day ban so the next punishment is the perma ban.

You can try to appeal it by submitting a support ticket but it's very unlikely riot will life the ban as they only do so in cases of mistake.

Passive aggressive given you spent the rest of the game complaining about them.

Overall you created a negative environment and wasn't nice to play with this led to you being reported and thus being banned because you were already on your final warning.

Your defence is mute them, report them move on. Do not respond to them, do not give them the satisfaction of getting you worked up just focus on playing the game and getting through it.

The system doesn't take into account what has been done/said to you and nor should it because regardless of what is said to you, you should still be holding yourself to the ToU and conducting yourself in a good sportsmanship manner.

Even with prior history, that is a lackluster chat log, assuming not altered. No cursing, no harassment, no sexism or hate language. Regardless of history every game should be treated the same. IE: a 5 is always a 5 and a 10 is always a 10. This game looks like a 3 to me. But apparently riot feels that history now 3x3 = 9.

I agree. If this is report worthy EVEN if he just came off 14 day ban then I think Riot loses 80% of their player base. Nothing really bad in chat meanwhile I just played with someone today who has the N word In his name. Real nice.

The extreme amount of toxicity that is present here may have warranted a permanent ban. Keep in mind that League of Legends is a calm and collective game, and all players, including yourself, must abide by the Summoner's Code.

I always try to look at it like this; if you were on my team, how would I feel about having you as an ally? (Based on chat, of course) With this log, I wouldn't really like the way you reacted, as I prefer people who just ignore/mute petty flamers, but it's really not that bad. You didn't make a HUGE deal out of it, you didn't turn it into purely insulting them the rest of the game (you did, but it was very minor and brief). So I gotta say, this is not punishment worthy, imo. Its not a matter of permaban worthy btw, unless your punishment was escalated, it's just a matter of punishment worthy. The rest just depends on what tier you were at already. I'm assuming you've had a 14 day suspension already.
