Riot suspention system

I want to know is there some balance at suspention system ? ... Like I got banned for ''toxic'' saying to some trollers and feeders(assisting enemy may include afk sitting at bace or somewhere at the map ) that they are unskilled and noob and to stop feed and group and they just continue going solo vs the whole enemy team and die .... LIke Riot how am I supposed to play my ranked games with such people that are making me stuck at one place ? . But ofc I am the toxic one let's bann him and the trollers will continue to do the same thing later . I am almost 100 % (99%) sure that no one is being banned for feeding or troll ( well maybe just 1 or 2 guys in the Whole League History ) because I have personally tryed this earlier and I Trolled and intense feed like 10 games or more and I didn't got banned !!! So all I am asking for is a fairness suspention system !

Its riot once i was reported asking support to buy a sightstone , telling ppl so stop feeding ..

That is where I stopped reading. The rules are in the summoner's code that you agreed to. If you break them, you get punished. Other players are not your concern aside from muting and reporting. If you spam reports, your reports are probably worthless.
