Perma Banned because reacted negatively to someone harassing me.

Ok. So my main account that I have had for 10 years since the game launched has just been perma banned. I'm just so upset because the game at which they are citing for my ban, is one in which I was being harassed by my team because I was shaco jungle. Our team was losing hard and everyone was super salty and looking for someone to blame. Regardless of whether or not I was playing bad, the chat log is clear that I'm responding to people harassing me. And even though our team was being stomped, the few amount of kills the team had I was there.

The penalty system in this game is ruthless. Once you get the 2 week suspension there is no reforming. My 2 week suspension was like in February. It's now July? I didn't get a chat restriction since the 2 week suspension. Nor did I get any warning what so ever. I actually got an honor level up like two days ago. And now I'm ban. I feel like after the 2 week suspension and large amount of time goes by you should be able to get chat restricted or 2 week suspension again. I mean, i literally leveled my honor back up from 0 and two days latter permaban. Your honor level doesn't mean anything apparently.

Looking at your chat logs it looks like you used a homophobic slur multiple times. This kind of behavior is super not cool and something we are trying to stop. I can understand that you were dealing with negative Summoners, but how you respond to negativity is important. If you are interested, you can also read more about the penalty system here. Because of this, I don't believe that the penalty was placed in error and won't be able to remove or reduce it.

Your two weeks suspension was supposed to serve as your account's final warning with the understanding that your very next penalty would result in a permanent suspension. I know that this wasn't the best of news and seems really harsh, but if you have other questions or would like me to explain something more, please let me know.

That is simply not true.

My 2 week suspension was like in February. It's now July? I didn't get a chat restriction since the 2 week suspension.

A 2 week suspension is the most severe punishment one can receive next to a permanent ban, it takes time for an account to recover from that point.

That being said, 3+ months is generally enough time for an account to start lessening in punishment tiers, however if you continue to act negatively (although it may not be enough to warrant a punishment) your account will remain at that point.

Looking at your chat logs it looks like you used a homophobic slur multiple times. 

Even with all the above being said, in most cases zero tolerance language (like homophobic slurs) will warrant severe punishments that skip over previous tiers.

You may have showed enough reform to drop down a punishment tier, but it was negated essentially when you used what Riot considers hatespeech. Hatespeech escalates punishments, so even if you would have gotten a chat restrict, or another 2 week ban, it was escalated to a permaban due to the "hatespeech".

Honestly, idk how you managed to keep an account for 10 years with such liberal use of that word lol. Did you just start using it now? Like "i love the amount of damage that %%%%%% just put out" ...it was just so casual lol.
