Promotional Series Policy

Hey, i had a suggestion and i wasn't exactly sure where to put it. So basically, it has recently become obvious that there is a policy at riot games where whenever someone reaches promos they start queueing them with intentional feeders or awful players and they also never give the promo player their preferred role. idk if maybe this is to make rising in the ranks more challenging or what, but i think this policy should be done away with, as it makes the game really frustrating and no fun to play at all. i don't have the exact numbers on it but i'm pretty sure it leads to suicide as well.
