I feel you! The chats pre and post-games are looked at when you report someone but if you dodged that game I think the only thing you can do is to send a ticket to the Support team. Maybe someone else will give you a better solution.

Unfortunately, all you can do is submit a Support Ticket. In the future it might be nice to have a report function built into the client or the abliity to go back to previous matches within... a day or something maybe, and report someone because you were upset and left ASAP
