Had 2 GROSSLY discriminatory names in my last match.....I hope RIOT feels these are grounds for permabans and not "Name changes" lol...Look at my match history to see...…:( Cant believe these names were even allowed to be made....I do get the feeling they will only get name change reports instead of permabans.

I have been playing since season 3 and only had that happen to me one time.

And I have had full teams report people.

Here are just a small sample of games more than 4 people have reported and I never got a response:

Game where our Mid Xerath autopath int'd the ENTIRE game down mid for no reason other than he said, "I am gonna troll this game so hard".
Game where our top lane Yasuo kept swearing at everyone and even in all chat cause he was losing lane. At least 2 of our team reported and 2 of the opposing team said in end game chat that they reported...no verification.
Name of someone was VERY racist and reported it...no verification.

I think their "system" needs severe work or algorithms adjusted.
