The Ban System (My thoughts and why I got banned)

Ok to start off , yes I have been a little toxic lately, but after I got the 2 week ban and started playing on my alternate account. My attitude has changed, however I recently just got permanently banned for calling someone "Autistic" which yes is not something that you should be calling someone. However it was one game and I later apologized. they posted 2 games, 1 where I said I was going to int but i in fact did not int. I went 4-6-12 and tho yes i should have muted My support as well as my mid laner. They were refusing to cooperate, therefore tho i said i was inting i did not. However i shouldnt have been saying that either. i was just having a bad day so i had no filter and i was already tilted. But in my opinion I do not believe anyone should have their accounts permanently banned due to toxicity. If they're hacking then yes that does deserve a perma ban. But for toxicity is crazy because people spend a lot of money on skins or champions or a variety of other things. However I'm not saying that repeat offenders just get off. but i dont believe in the chat restrictions to 2 days to 2 weeks to a perma is viable. In my opinion its a bit of a stretch, tho yes the chat restrictions are necessary and all and it does take a lot to get permanently banned. There is also other factors that play into things like this, if you ban someone permanently you are saying they are extremely toxic. and you show 2 games as proof sometimes 3. but you neglect to look at the games played inbetween each ban. I got the 2 week ban. then i played nonstop for maybe 1-2 months give or take. then i got this ban. out of 2 games. which tells me because ive run across people who say they're gonna report me for being toxic if i ask them why they're running a specific rune. so i know inbetween those 1-2 months i got reported and no evidence showed up. then these 2 games up and im being banned for calling someone autistic, then clearly taking it back and apologizing.

Here are the 2 games, both from the same day because i remember, and you can clearly see that yes i have an attitude. but these 2 games compared to the 3 games for my 2 week ban look a lot different. these 2 are significantly smaller then the ones from the 2 week ban. which shows you that I was controlling my anger but it got the best of me that day in those 2 games because of uncooperative teammates. Now I'm not saying I do not deserve a ban so dont get it twisted because i dont believe that. yes I should be banned but i dont think anyone should be permanently banned for toxicity unless its back to back . and consistently. i think Riot should look more into the length of games between each of the cases before they come to final conclusion. and i think it should go from 2 weeks, to 1 month 2 months 5 months year , after the year, then yes that person should be banned permanently. I will admit I just lost maybe 4-5k worth of skins and money that i put into that account. and it was because of 1 bad day . and the current system that riot runs on.

NOTE - this is just my opinion if you dont agree thats fine , I just feel as if you shouldnt be permanently banned unless riot looks far deeper into the cases.
