Rank - Champion Mastery Level

At this moment of League players have been flaming each other for not being able to play good with a champion they pick in ranked, sometimes it's just a bad game but others it is just that players do not have any excpirience with that champion, so i would recommend a new system that will allow you to pick a champion in ranked only if you have enough excpirience with him, and the only way you can see that is the mastery levels, so maybe if you have your mastery level on a champion up to 4 or something you can choose him for rank, but if not you have to get excpirience from normals with this champion and then go with him on ranked. This is the first time i am writing on Boards and sorry if i have some mistakes in English. <3

mastery means something now?

i thought it was just to show how much you played the champion you know there's a person with 3 million vel points... and hes still bronze 4

or the riven with over 2mill and still stuck bronze

just saying mastery doesnt mean anything

There are players like this but not a thousand, even if they are in bronze you can see that most of them ( since i have seen some from youtube videos) know how to use the champion, why is the mastery up for?? Just to see if someone has played a lot with a specific champion?? I don't think that's the only point, that's why mastery 6 and 7 requires some S. Even if you don't know how to use the champion you are playing with million points you have some excpirience on it, I am not in a high rank and i never cared a lot about reaching one because i just like to play with friends for fun, though there are some champions i have high mastery on and i can use them pretty good, last month i bought zed, its not stupid for me and anyone who does this to be able and play zed first time one rank and destroy someone's game??

And it's not stupid for you to be able to play zed first time one normal and destroy 4 someone's game??? Some people do not play ranked and play normal exclusively. 9 people still have to waste 20-60 minutes of their personal time for your first time zed. My point is if it is okay to be able to do it in normal, it should be okay to be able to do it in ranked. The only difference between normal and ranked is ranked has recorded statistics.

I don't really agree with that, no it's not stupid for me to play zed and destroys someone's NORMAL game, because normal is normal, both normal and rank has recorded stats but ranked should be taken much seriously than normals, like in a normal game i can pick something like garen jungle, but in Rank when someone is trying to climb up with LP and play seriously and competitive its stupid to destroy his LP by losing a game because i troll, if you try a champion in normal and lose or win you wont lose something anyway, but in rank you lose LP and it takes time to get much LP to climb up, so if you think like a competitive player, normals is training and ranked is the real deal. People that play only normals they play for fun and they cannot say they play competitively because they dont climb or even winning something by winning than IP , in rank though you earn and lose LP that you need them climb so you have to play competetevly if you want to climb.

Well I'm glad Rito disagrees with you. You get punished all the same in normal and ranked and the same rules apply to both.

Well, no. You get punished more in rank than normals, even if you dodge up to 2+ times you get double the time penalty in rank and you lose LP that as i said before you need to climb, i have never seen anyone getting banned from feeding in normals but i have seen many youtubers and streamers getting banned in ranks for feeding and flaming ( flaming i think is actually the same for normal and ranked). Normal is for fun, in any other way rank should not existed if normals was for competitive gameplay. Normal can be used for training because as i said you cant lose something everytime you just earn some IP, in rank tho you lose LP and AS I SAID BEFORE it takes time to earn enough to climb up ranks. And last, NO you don't ruin someone's game in normal by playing a champion for first time because you have to learn it somewhere and that palce is not ranked. Rank is competitive, normals are for fun and training.

But if I want to be really fair i have to say that, maybe this wont help and it will just make players to waste more time to get a champion in a specific level, so they can just disable a new champion that is coming out, for like 1 patch so you cant pick him in rank, there are some players that are playing only rank and they will wait to try them that 1 patch, but these are not the whole LoL community , these are a small % of the whole players
