I would just like some insight...

Okay, so i was Perma-banned a couple of months ago. I haven't played league in that long, but the game has a grip on my soul and I cant stop thinking about my ban. I was banned for "Using Third Party Programs". But I just went over a forum post with the title "3rd Party Applications/Modifications - What's allowed, and what isn't" and anything I may have used is definitely allowed by the terms of use. I REALLY feel I was banned for no reason and if there is even a small bit of hope I can get the account I spent so much time on then Id like to shoot for it. I sent a ticket back then but they couldn't tell me a single thing about why I was banned and its driving me crazy that I cant play on my account anymore.
