Undeserved perma ban ?

So i wrote this to the support last week and i got a kind of cold answer where they pointed out that me just saying "this bitch wont shut up" ( context below) was enough justification for my perma ban , so i would like to see what you guys/other rioters think about it

Hello so i'v been permanently banned on my acount a few weeks back and looking back at it i feel like i'v been wrongfully banned i will break down the logs of each game : keep in mind these games werent 3 games in arow and there was at least a day between each game and i played around 10 games a day so please keep this in mind and you can check for yourself

Game 1 : so i make an outplay and say enemy midlaner bad af and that i outplayed him , then eveyrthing went south and we started losing the game , i ask my team if we should open mid and then lucian starts flaming me and asking me why didnt i dodge if i got autofilled , so we get into an arguement and i didnt say any thing hurtfull he was dead 4 times and 40 cs behind and he kept flaming me so i pointed that out and i asked enemy team to reprort him , so thats end of game 1

Game 2: i was in a tense 1v2 as i got ganked then there was a huge fight bot and then i got a lag spikes and i hear the anouncer spam ally slain enemy slain in a spamm of a few seconds so that caught me off guard and got me killed kinda and then after that i lagged abit i let my team know in chat , so fast forward abit the game was a bit tough so i say to my team we are going to lose this 4v4 and we should back we went for it anyways and we died so i said told you i didnt flame anyone at this point then after that my teamate that was 3/7 kept flaming everyone and kept saying surr ( check logs ) so i call for a report on him and we decided as a team to open mid and game ended by then

Game 3: (please keep in mind these games werent all in a row) this was a long game and at the end i was shoutcalling the things that i said that were kinda offensive (?) i geuss was when i got outplayed and typed this in chat ArB 15: OKJKGJHAEKAEFKAHJ ArB 15: im so fucking MAD ArB 15: i'm tilted ArB 15: i'm so fuckign mad ArB 15: stupid bitch i'm pretty sure i was talking about the enemy that got me outplayed not my teamate i know this is kinda offensive language but i dont think it harmed anyone since i was kinda talking to my self and at the end our botlane kept getting caught and kinda suiciding so it was a 3v5 all the game so i called that out without flaming anyone , i'll go ahead and copy the logs , and please if you review this dont just look at one side and check the full game logs. the punishment system runs on a ladder system and is as follows:

  1. 10 game chat restrict
  2. 25 game chat restrict
  3. 14-day ban
  4. permaban

Anything that can yield you a punishment if done repetitively over lots of games will eventually get you permabanned.

Yeah, ive had some questionable bans lately too. Its pretty simple, their game is slowly dieing, so they are banning people for anything they think they can justify to attempt to get people to spend money on their game that gets worse by the day.

You shoulnd't have argued. Even though you may not have said anything hurtful (Which we can't really confirm since we don't have the logs), you still fueled the toxicity. Just mute the guy, report him and move on. Why would the enemies report him? They can't see his chat (unless he was flaming in all chat). Also reports don't stack, so asking for reports is useless, and in itself, punishable.

Dont. Asking for reports is harrasment, even if justified, and makes you toxic aswell.

Game 3 you were constantly flaming.

You probably had a 14-day ban before this, at which point you should ask: "Are these logs worthy of a punishment?"

If yes, then coupled with the fact you already had gotten a 14-day ban beforehand, got you permabanned. It even said on the 14-day ban that it was your last warning, and the next punishment would be a permanent ban.

imho, this permanent ban was not undeserved. It was completely justified.

Total undeserved bann its happen to me too with 20 games bann chat... Riot just want this game to die slowly !!

Your game 3 log was highly negative, and since that's the only one you opted to share with us, I'm guessing you've been consistently negative across multiple games.

Your 14-day ban was your final warning, so I'm not sure how this is a surprise.

I find the safest way to play league is to not use the chat function if you are tilted, dont write in chat or all chat "your a bitch and cant farm worth shit" because that will get you banned. Ive had two 10 game chat restrictions, both in early season 6, since then ive completely changed my attitude in game and havent said anything mean ever since and dont plan on saying anything mean in chat. If i do get upset i just tell people to step on a lego now, or to eat some toast.
