Toxic player intentionally fed the Tryndamere in a ranked game goes unban

I had a ranked game yesterday and 3 min in, he already said ff 15 and walks up to the tryn and give shim 10 kills in 5 minutes, and continues to feed and harass throughout the entire ranked game. The entire team reported him and discuss how he deserves a ban, but he goes unpunished. What's going on here?

Riot did say that their feeder detection system sucks right now and needs a power up. New coding coming soon within the next few patches.

When a report is filed, that game goes to review by the automated system. This means that if 1 report is filed or if 9 reports are filed, they all do the exact same thing - request the game get a review. Therefore, there is no additional weight to a reported player based on how many people in a single game reported them.

Once the system detects bad behavior, it logs it. IF the player that was reported has had previous logs filed against them for the same offense, the system will issue a punishment once those logs hit a certain count. Therefore, if this person fed in only 2 games, the odds of them getting banned are low. You would have had to file against someone who has already repeated the offense numerous times before for you to get the notice.

Yeah, I submitted a ticket, because of all the people that deserves to get a ban, he does, and I check his match history and he gets to keep on playing which is totally unfair.

The group report doesn't matter. One report equals nine reports.

As you might imagine, catching an intentional feeder is very hard to do. Obviously, you don't want to unjustly punish somebody who is a huge noob, or having a bad game, or is experiencing huge lag spikes, so the system tends to err on the side of leniency. Sucks that this guy seems to have made it past the system this time, but he won't always be so lucky.

Well its riot, they prefer to ban people who flame trolls and inters instead of catching the people who start that fire
