The Ban System Is Not Working.

Hello my toxic community and the few ppl who acctually have a heart. ide like to type an issue i have about teh bansystem, i'm not the best at english it's my 3rd languige, but i'll try to be swift.

I've noticed laitlly i've gotten more windows from riot that tells me * Some one off the summoners you've reported have bin convicted bla bla * But it never says what the conviction was, like for instance, i hade i guy who trolled and only typed possetiv things about bannging my mom, killing my family and the holocaust. laiter that week i got the messige, with outher words, he got to do this shit for `x´ more games and 3-4 more days. and what was teh conviction? did he get 50 games chatrestriction? have any 1 ever got permabanned? probablly not, if this guys gose free...

But on the outher hand, i've gotten alot of chattrestrictions for going in to arguments, and have the worst curseword beeing * How can u say that to anather human, are u retarded? * And i got chattrestricted next game. ppl report everything, and when every 1 gets reportd, no 1 gets reported.

I would allso bring up anather issue that i honestlly think is the most annoying, a player i got into a game with this morning * obviouslly can't type he's name, even tho i rly want to bring the rain on this kid...* He did something new, he flamed like a madman, and then started trollbuilding. But he started to type in allchatt that rest off our team flamed him, and called him alot off cursewords and Racial terms. Witch obviouslly wasn't true, but what can the outher team know, what would u think, would u belive the 4 ppl convicted and swearing it's not true, or the minority QQ'ing. It ended up with 4 ppl reporting the guy acctually in the wrong, and 6 ppl reporting ous 4, cus one guy started a fire. who will get chatrestricted and or banned? Thx Riot for adressing my and 5% off the acctuall humens is your shitty community's issue. Fix your freaking report system!

The report system is working REALLY well if you can't tell by all the "I didn't desereve my ban!" posts especially when they post their logs... Which are FULL of toxic behaviors. The two most common toxic behaviors seen are: Unsportmanlike Conduct (Negative/Passive-aggresive chat), and Verbal Abuse (Harrasment, offensive laguage).

If you could kindly share you chat logs we can help you understand what exactly caused it. One line of chat from one game does not cause a chat restriction by itself.

Punishment is between riot and punished person. Its against riots privacy policy to disclose someones account status and whether its permanently or temporarily suspended

understand that false reports against you don't do anything as the system has the ability to detect false positives.

also, if someone is /allchating saying their team is flaming them and asking for me to report his team, I'd turn around to report them instead.

finally, 9 reports in the same game is the same as 1 report. its not the # of reports that matter, its the # of games you were (validly) reported in, over a period of time that matters.

so chances are he got maybe .. 7 valid reports against him, you guys all got 1 false report against you. unless you did something wrong, to make that false report valid.

If you don't want to receive any kind of punishment from Riot, don't use chat. Ever. Just don't say anything. You can join games and run in a circle for hours, make no attempt at taking objectives and not get punished. As long as you have some cs and buy items, don't leave your champion sitting still in game, you won't ever get punished.

The very rare case that someone has recorded the match and send the recording to support you MIGHT get a punishment.

Just don't type anything in chat, you can troll all you want, you just can't talk to people while you do it.

I agree the ban system is not working, especially in the Intentional feeding department. What's even more hilarious on the system is that I just worked off a 10 game chat restriction from the SAME GAME that I got a pop up saying that a toxic player had been punished based on a previous report of mine.

What's sad is the fact that riot does not even acknowledge they are working on a way to improve their system, nor are they even wanting to improve their system. They want the game to make a lot of money? Well, step one is getting dynamic queue fixed so us solo players can have fun, as well as getting their fucking piece of shit punishment system working and having intentional feeders dealt with as well as refunds to all those players who were victims of these intentional feeders.
