14-day ban with confusion

I got banned for two weeks and I'm genuinely not sure what I did. I DID look at the other topic that was posted to see what could've happened in my situation. But in all honesty I am not sure. I haven't been toxic (main reason being it's my fault if I am toxic due to my 4 fps every game for weeks now which I just fixed). I have never been racist at least from I have remembered. Never have done sexist/sexual remarks which I know for fact. I actually have been getting honors recently (every now and then). And as for me even talking I haven't been due to that chat log delay with my old lag. I understand that some toxic comments do get you the ban for two weeks but I haven't even been able to do much to be toxic at unless it's a game where I can't land skillshots which in the case I get mad or in the case the enemy team is absolutely deleting me.

OMFG! YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW SCARED I GOT FROM THAT BS! I literally started ranting to my gf (was and still am on skype with her) and she had to calm me down. It scared me big time.

Did you get chat logs? Please post them here if so and we can identify what led to the punishment.

Did you get a chat log sent to you in the client? If not, I'd send a ticket in to Riot Support, who can help you figure out why you got banned and if there's anything you can do about it (since there are some non-behavioral bans).

I haven't gotten chat logs. At least I don't think. I'm not sure where I would receive them.

I actually got the message during a game. It said I was suspended for 14 days and that it would happen after my game. Also I just logged on and it says nothing. No pop up message like the keys awarded thing. Nothing.
