Perma Ban Appeal please

I just want to outright say the Banning system Is WAY too stringent and I 100% don't deserve my permanent ban/need it appealed. I know I have a loud mouth sometimes when I play video games. But no way in hell should my typing be perceived as a perma-bannable offense. I have never ever thrown a game, I have never fed, and I don't think i can recall when I have ever afked. If i ever AFK'd it would be due to a outage of internet or some external cause that would be greater than 1 year ago maybe even 2-3 years ago. Yes i got a 15 day ban previously so most players would shut up by now. Which I DID , and not only did i reduce my typing, I cut out words like trash and other very toxic triggering words to people. I am just deeply disappointed because anyone with logic reading my chat can tell I am saying things because i care about winning, and when i call for a 'ff' or 'report' it's because the game is now 0-22, and our team REFUSES to surrender aka the guy trolling. I never act on my word 'ff' so the team sees i try/carry the entire time.

So when I get permanently banned for trying to win while being a little exasperated with a teammate or being too invested it really is saddening. I've played this game for years, bought skins, and played with friends; only to lose it all for saying words like "useless" , "rep x player" , "x player is afk/ trolling" , 'ff' and in this case typing 'please get me out of this game.' These words are 1. In the heat of the moment. and 2. usually true.

'useless' is subjective and not appropriate to say fine. But when i call a player out for trolling or afk it is actually true 99% of the time. The logs don't show ally chat but when i say hecarim is afk(Game 2 below) my team is all saying it too. Cause he is throwing our game at nonstop and by 40 minutes he has been trolling all game. I don't get why being frustrated with trolls leads to the talkative one to be perma banned. Sure chat banned, sure remove their chat, but legit remove the player entirely who is trying/ carrying games??? if you look at game 2 , my illaoi game, I WAS the carry the entire game and arguably trying the hardest. Even the enemy team expressed this. It is really disheartening to see a game I love to kick me out when in between my heated chat you can see me calling for people to group, and you can legit see me telling the team to FF because we are all getting 1 shot so therefore we cannot improve. I am legit explaining i want to move onto a new game so we can practice in lane phase again instead of dying instantly to katarina with players afk.

Anyway TL:DR Please reconsider my permaban, in my eyes typing even though heated in the moment as long as i am not threatening someone or using hate speech there is no way I should be perma'd for trying to win my games. I never throw. Never afk. I play 1-4 characters, ranked only, usually with my duo friend. Remove my chat entirely fine that's justified. But, don't un-ban Tyler1 and then perma ban me for saying report a troll, and then the troll reports me.

Side funny note-A PLAYER on my team(the mid who played and tried the entire game) GOT AN AFK REPORT because he left at 20 minutes due to time being wasted like usual to people not surrendering a lost game from a troll blocking the ff vote. shit is fucked up.

(You can't see the ally chat here but soraka is all chatting telling the enemies to report varus and ekko for "afking". Our base is pushed, game is beyond over, she is trolling and holding up the FF vote. She broke their will into afking and is now stating to report them so i defended them in all chat here)

Before I even got to your 3rd comment, I already can tell you that you deserve it. Also, players at fault (Like yourself) never get an appeal for permabans.

PS: Have a certain amount of self-control before playing any more of this game. If you're unable to handle your temper in general, then this game isn't for you.

Riot disagrees. You can (and will) be banned for just standard verbal abuse and poor behavior. Hate speech just often escalates the punishment.

If your previous punishment was a 14-day ban your next punishment would be a perma. It takes a while of good behavior for your account to get back into good standing.

As for your logs, as the saying goes, "If You Have Nothing Nice To Say, Don't Say Anything At All". There's a lot of chat in there that is neither constructive nor nice. You spend a fair amount of time berating other members of your team.

Mute them if you want to stop being bothered by their communication. If they were trolling or if their behavior was out of line, report after the game ends if you believe it's prudent. That's it.

You know soraka has cool downs right? You realize players are your Elo make mistakes and play poorly or accidentally do things that might seem stupid but they are actually trying (like the soraka healing your clone by mistake) some players aren't good at the game. Just part of video games but if you flame them u will get banned

you don't seem to understand. even by not using words like trash you can still be toxic. reading you chat log shows you were toxic. toxic isn't just a few words that are deemed toxic. its how you as a person, treat other people. there will always be someone you don't like or that doesn't live up to your... expectations. but that is the risk of playing with random people. if you cannot deal with that then play single player games.

look at yourself before looking at others.

XD also another favorite. if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all.

don't type if you are angry. no angry typing then no risk of being banned

put that energy into improving instead. look at mistakes you made. or things you could have done better now that you have a fresh start.

just because you are angry doesnt mean you have the right to insult others. even if they are doing so. just mute and move on. the more you give into your anger the more it will affect you later on.

Just a correction, they didn't unban Tyler1, he's just not Permabanned for life. He can now make a new account and play again.
