Is this perma banneable?

So recently I was given a fourteen day ban for toxicity in chat. This was acceptable and I knew this would come as lately it feels like the player base has gotten more immature and I have been less diligent in what I have been typing. I sent a request to Riot player support and the next day given an email stating I had been shown intentionally feeding. https://gyazo.com/35d6ce3872fb9c71113aebdb5816dc94 https://gyazo.com/acebc797b54563b9e69106cb6e267124 https://gyazo.com/719acb67d0dac20f9f40a60782a8b455 https://gyazo.com/ccc4097f0ca1381c61b13e6b2ea7d174 https://gyazo.com/40d0dfb82b1f45542f5e22a18c7f5f80

I then sent a message stating how I was not shown clear evidence, which there never was, of anything intentionally feeding related. I was then given a response again a day later with:

"Hey there,

No amount of time or money spent will ever make it okay to display this sort of behavior. Please know when we investigate this sort of behavior we're thorough and have access to all aspects of games. Here's an additional game you can review:" https://gyazo.com/97e0c3c501b60876a2de43d4c027717e https://gyazo.com/4b1fa892e90358a0d3c4dc37961af59b

The person or bot writing this completely ignored and instead accused me of something I didn't actually type. "No amount of time or money spent will ever make it okay to display this sort of behavior" nowhere was this said.

I then sent another message and again was ignored completely and told yet another misinterpretation? https://gyazo.com/5f66c733f48073f6dc8d98e4be38db31

At this point its a week from the initial post and I am fed up with all of these cookie cutter responses with disrespect to to my self and other customers who may have the delight in speaking to this individual and sent three more messages retorting this. I was then told to basically F off and the ticket was closed. https://gyazo.com/04941832e89fd1b5e5ff58f97c17eb8e

I'd like to say that first of all. We can all see that this is verbally abusive. That is not what the issue is. The issue here is that being given a fourteen day ban and then randomly with no email or any sort of notification given a PERMANENT ban and then given some lame cookie cutter responses with no visual proof of concept is something I would not expect from such a well known company as Riot Games. I feel disrespected as a customer with little to no rights. This should be more recognized by the community by now if it's not already apparent. We have little rights for something we pay money to. Something we put time and money into. I know I've dedicated more money than I would like to admit and double the time but to have such little say in the matter should be in the back of peoples minds. I'm not asking for people to feel sorry for me I know full well what I was typing but something that can be easily fixed with just an easy click of "mute" or "language filters" and I get permanently banned? Meanwhile, elo boosters and scripters are running wild in low-mid elo with little response simply because it's more difficult for Riot to maintain. Learn from my experience if you already haven't. Just don't type at all. This is pretty much what the direction this game is going and I can only hope people will get fed up of this constriction Riot has in the near future.

TL:DR Should this be perma banneable?

it really is tldr.

but everything that is punishable is permabannable if you do it frequently and often enough.

About the "money and time thing" the person is responding to how you brought up that you spent over $300 dollars and that you have played it for four years. You tried to say that because of the money and time I spent I need more respect, when you yourself have shown not to respect your teams at all.

Lawl the chat was why you got a 14 day ban...... The intentionally feeding according to your link is why your perma banned.

You deserve the ban.......

Intentionally Feeding is just one way of getting banned Riot banned me for 2 weeks about a month ago now over (One Game) they really complained about for intentional Feeding because a Idiot stole my role and tilted me.

The real question is if you were (Griefing) (Griefing can take many forums in online games.)

On Social Games.

. Crashing Servers . Harassing users . Giving False Information / Rumors

In League OF Legends.

Intentionally Tilting a lane (Examples).

. Running into a players lane when the lane player has not called it and tilting them as a result especially early game. (Staying over 10 seconds) taking XP/Farm setting your lane player behind.

. Intentionally giving a lane player a couple of kills making it look like an accident to tilt another player

. Issuing (False Pings) not going into the fight after you have pinged it.

It is unlikely you would get punished after one game of this, but in cases like the other day where players did this I had to spend 3 minutes to write a nice detailed report of their actions that really tilted the game and could have costed the game easily. (Will they get punished for this unlikely unless they do it in a lot more games.)

Intentionally Throwing Team Fights.

. Not being in the fight (With the purpose to intentionally throw) . Using your skills example (Bard) to grief your own team. . Eating your ADC/Tank in a team fight to cause loss with tahm. . Knocking enemy's onto your carries.

Intentionally Throwing Game Champion Select (Unlikely to be punished)

. Not understanding the comp, taking Poke Comp, or other champions when there is way better that would have won a game.

ROLE STEALING

It doesn't matter if a person takes (SORAKA MID) (SONA TOP) (RIVEN MID) (OR ANY) summoner spells you don't agree with example (Smite Top) (Smite Mid) ( Exhaust Mid).

. Exhaust, doesn't mean a player is going support. . Smite doesn't mean a player is going jungle.

You should always assume a player is going to their specified roles as said in champion selection regardless of spells, or champions being played.

. If a player intentionally Feeds (Report them) (Harassing in chat will get you reported / banned yourself even asking others to report.) I counter report players all the time for harassing chat and soliciting reports.

. If a player role steals report them / Dodge if you know about it before time. (If Player A Calls for player B To switch roles and player B does not agree) to the swap but player (C & D) on the team say to do such (Then this is ban worthy still.) I have had players do this in games and completely throw the games then argue before.

Riot has stated many times not following a set meta is not a ban worthy offense.

you can skip steps in the punishments if you do something badly enough to earn that is the simple answer i think you were maybe looking for.

"i know i was toxic but i don't agree with the punishment"

Kid, no one cares whether or not you agree with the punishment. You're not the one that decides. You were toxic, you got in trouble. You don't have any right to complain.

EndlessSorcerer5/12/2016, 11:36:51 PM1 votes

You can skip punishment tiers if they believe that your behaviour is grievous enough.

After you have received a 14 day ban, ANY negative behaviour will be enough for you to receive a permanent ban.

The punishments are designed to encourage players to reform and if you are still exhibiting toxic behaviour after three punishments, they have decided that you are unlikely to reform and remove you from the community.

The person or bot writing this completely ignored and instead accused me of something I didn't actually type. "No amount of time or money spent will ever make it okay to display this sort of behavior" nowhere was this said.

You explicitly mentioned how long you had played the game and how much money you had spent in the fourth-last link in an attempt to garner sympathy.

That is what The Unicorn was responding to.
