i recently got an afk warning giving me a 20 min wait time per queue.i want to know if their is anyway to decrease this wait time in case of being afk in the future or does it just keeps increasing.i would really apppreciate a reply

You can improve your status with leaverbuster by completing games without leaving. It takes A LOT though. Think like 100 games for every leaverbuster punishment you have received. The client has a pop up that will let you know that you are improving when it happens.
