Unjustified Perma? Didn't even use a curse word or type much?

I was unfairly banned today. I had a toxic teammate who stole my role(jungle in champ select) at the last second and when the game started he just trolled/stole jungle farm even though he was designated as support. I hardly said anything to him in the short game we played together and we pretty much had to open mid in 10 mins. I then get reported and permanently banned for the following chatlog:

Eve may.have stolen your role, but you were harassing and insulting her throughout. From the start, you come up with a plan to lose the game. No one queued up for that, or stayed in queue for that. Eve may have deserved a punishment for her actions, but your chat is reprehensible. There were still 3 other players on your team that were subject to 2 unsportsmanlike junglers.

Almost every single line is dedicated towards harassing, insulting and complaining about Evelynn. While what she did is not right you just made the situation worse for your other teammates by doing nothing but complaining about her harassing her about it all game long. You may not think this is punish worthy but unfortunately for you it is, and considering that this is a permaban means that you've been punished before in the past and still decided to behave poorly despite that.

Remember that the question isn't "is this permaban worthy?" but rather "is this punishment worthy?" and in this case it is. Next time just mute, report and move on and do what you can to win the game instead of making the situation worse for your other 3 teammates.

You do not need to curse to get banned... this right here is Bannable. This right here is you tilted because eve messed up. You were 14 day banned before you should have learned not to be toxic. or give up before the game really started.

Also asking for a report more then once is also reportable. asking for her to get banned is more so reportable

You then proceeded to harass ingame. You asked multiple times and belittled instead of simply focusing on the game. Chat is a tool, not there for you to take out petty vendettas on others.

I understand they stole your role. You requested the ban. That was sufficient. Beyond that your focus should have been on the match.
