Cry baby, calling them bronze, and a little known rule HOWEVER you are not allowed to ask the other team to report anyone. That's a big flag and may be why.

Also you don't get permanently banned off of one game. You've had disciplinary action before.

Punishments are given out in 4 intervals: 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day ban, permanent ban.

The old method did nothing to stop toxicity, so they changed it. You have 4 strikes, then your're out of here.

Punishments scale down 1 tier every 3 months.

One wrong does not justify a second. You can use the /ignore command. It's like, omg, no joke, amazing!

Just because they only show the chat logs for one game doesn't mean that was the only game with reports.

stop with the "for 1 game???" shit. it just shows you the game that was enough for the perma bann, you dont get a bann just because of this one game. you had many toxic games where you collected "points" and now your "points" reached the perma bann goal. it just shows you the last game.
