Looks like you're arguing with someone constantly. The solution to that is pretty simple; mute them. It's awfully difficult to argue with someone that doesn't talk back.

Ok I understand I was toxic in the sense that I was using profanity and profanity is kind of a big nono. But I was banned for 14 days and don't think it was entirely warranted in this instance. I advised them to mute me several times, and they were not upset because of my profanity. They were upset because I was not doing so well in lane. I told them I dont care how much they flame me im going to keep playing regardless. I know I was toxic to a degree but I am begging you riot I am begging you PLEASE lower it. The season will be over like right after the ban is up and I was insanely close to Gold. I'm asking out of the good of my heart please lower it to a week. I will stop playing which gives me time to reflect on my actions but still be capable of getting to gold. I think it even still punishes me in regards of getting season rewards. I don't want the rewards I don't want anything but the chance to get to gold. I apologize for my behavior and am BEGGING for it not to be 2 weeks long. I was not yelling at my teammates about them doing bad too, nor did i retaliate for when they said I was doing horribly. I may have slightly done that in a joking way when I said im doing better than ashe or youre acting worse than me and I apologize. Im in college and normally dont have time for league. This is the last chance I have to get to gold this season until college takes over my life. I even acknowledged that I was flaming when they said im reporting you and even toned down the flaming and tried to as politely as I could muster tell them to mute me.

My circumstances were slightly different from yours, but I was considered to be toxic when I first started playing league. By toxic I mean that if I felt like I was gonna lose I would leave games. Once I started having to wait for 20 minutes for each game I quickly changed my behavior for the better. For the case of others being toxic to me in chat, I just mute them. If they start griefing, I will just continue to play and at the end of the game I report the player and move on.
