does youre honor go to lvl 0 after being chat restricted, do you no longer get chests from s on champs?

When you get chat restricted, your honor level drops to level 1. If you are already honor level 1, it drops to level 0. You can gain hextech chests at every honor level. However, at honor level 1, you will not receive anything for reaching a checkpoint. You will also still get key fragments, but at a lower rate than usual.
