I don't appreciate accusations without evidence. Riot used to send an email with the text that was punishable. Where is that now? I want proof that this was verified by a human being. And then I want to understand what that person was thinking.
Logging into the client will show you a reform card. I tried to check for you, but you must be speaking about a different account.
If you are punished by the Instant Feedback System for chat offenses you will receive a Reform Card in your client upon logging in which shows 1-3 games of your own chat logs that contributed to the punishment. If you're interested in discussing the punishment I recommend posting that here.
If you did not receive that, then you weren't punished by the IFS, and to get more information about it you should submit a Support Ticket.
Logging in normally shows you the details.
Bans are AUTOMATED until you're on the last tier (permaban) then your case will be monitored.. If I'm right
