I don't appreciate accusations without evidence. Riot used to send an email with the text that was punishable. Where is that now? I want proof that this was verified by a human being. And then I want to understand what that person was thinking.

Deep Terror Nami6 votesIf you are punished by the Instant Feedback System for chat offenses you will receive a Reform Card in your client upon logging in which shows 1-3 games of your own chat logs that contributed to the punishment. If you're interested in discussing the punishment I recommend posting that here.
If you did not receive that, then you weren't punished by the IFS, and to get more information about it you should submit a Support Ticket.
A note that the reform card for chat restrictions is shown one time halfway through the restriction. If someone skips through it or hadn't reached halfway, they'll need to contact support for their logs.
