So I stoped playing LoL a while back then decided to get back in when I'm told i've been perma baned. I have not touched my account for over a year and now it's saying I broke the terms a agreements when I have no clue what I broke. Unless in the terms and agrements there is a section saying we are allowed to ban you if you have been away for over a year. Help cus I have no clue how to get back my account and I don't want to start a new one
I would strongly recommend submitting a ticket to get a better look at exactly why you were banned, and when. It may be possible that either you were banned just a bit after you stopped playing for something you did or that your account was compromised and someone has been using it without your knowledge/consent at some point after you took that lengthy break.
