Nunu trollpick problem

Hello guys, as i am typing this i am really upset, as over my 6years of playing League this has happened to me maybe twice... however it happend again. Player has decided to ruin our game by picking said nunu with smite and taking all jungle. Such tactic is extremely annoying and really makes you think about why you even play this game, when 1 single person can ruin the experience for 9 others. I would love to get some kind of response that makes sense, instead of " oh hey, Mr. Smartass here, why didnt you dodge, hehe?" Thats simple. i dont have the time to wair an hour before actually Queing up, because some low-intelligence summoenr decided to fuck up another of my games.Dodge shouldn't have such penalties, since meeting someone who intends to ruin your game since lobby is unfortunatly very often and waiting whole hour doesnt punish them, instead it motivates them to continue what the do. -Sincerely, your Tilted veteran.

Naming and shaming is prohibited, so remove that person's summoner name.

If you feel that such a player was griefing, report them after the game or open a support ticket.

If there was no penalties for dodging, you can bet getting into a game would take possibly hours, and even then you would probably get people abusing the remake option. The fact of the matter is that while this problem is serious, there is little to nothing they can do. If you dodge you are basically letting them get away and you getting punished because of it. How would we even combat this? If we have a report option in Champ Select then what is stopping fake reports to try and dodge/abuse the system? Now we would have to deal with this and shift to solves this problem.
