Perma banned

Hello fellow summoner, I have several problems that I need to ask you guys. I just received a perma banned out of nowhere. Yesterday I tried to log into my acc and it stated that my acc was perma banned and I should log into my email for more information. I did as told and I saw this in my email "Greetings klaus2811,

Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends Terms of Use. You can review these terms at http://www.leagueoflegends.com/legal/termsofuse

Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Sun Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 2105." Before I had a chance to get angry, I calmed down and found out that this ban is security related. Because of that I contacted email Riot support but had not received any answer. I want to ask you guys what is the next best thing I should do? Please help me out I'd be really appreciated. Thank you.

So why is that an http link rather than the https link https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse ? Just curious. Also, not sure how you got that link in the first place.
