So I was honor 4 and didn't get any ban before, and for some reason the instant feedback system banned me for 14 days My team had 3 premades, and since my mic recently broke, I talk to them using chat while they respond using voice (not in english btw), and for some reason the other player in my team (not premade) reported me and I got a 14 days suspension

I mean... he said "nikmok" several times that I can see. That's bannable. I'd be surprised if the computer wasn't rigged to pick that up. The equivalent phrase in English is certainly reportable.

I've been banned for shit talking myself before, the automated system is pretty stupid. It also cannot consider the actions of other people, which is also a major flaw. Many people are completely fine, but can lose their cool when being provoked. There should be a system where you get rewarded Blue Essence or even RP for reading chat logs, seeing everything, and deciding whether or not it is worth a ban, chat restriction, or any punishment at all. Machines may be smarter on paper, but people know people better than a machine ever will.
Post full chat logs Most of the time you don't get banned for no reason So you must've said something that triggered the bot
Also, send a ticket to riot support and ask them about it

So the thing is, I don't know the source but as I read before, if you are with ANY random at all, like 3 or 4 premade and 1 or 2 randoms, you are not allowed to shit talk / flame/ talk toxic to eachother because it creates a negative environment for your NON premades. So the report & punishment are most likely valid in that case. Different language or not.
