Craft and loot no reward if previous restriction

okay so i'm relatively new maybe a week old i forgot my original account info so i made a new one... but i got hit with a chat restriction i believe and i can't get rewards from the craft and loot thing? i came back to this game after i quit a long time ago solely for this new loot and craft idea thought it was cool...didn't realize the chat restriction or punishment was so severe...is this for time being(not receiving loot)? or permanent? this is rather discouraging...i understand i was toxic and i deserved the chat restriction i'm trying to clean up...the game wasn't like this when i played back in the days...but why am i getting a double punishment one being what it seems like to be permanent (not receiving the loot due to "previous restrictions") if i'm restricted to chat and serve my punishment is that not enough? it feels like this is a way to make people more toxic? this is like sending someone to jail then after they get out hit them with another sentence for the same crime...for life...lol

also do they not give RP at lower lvs anymore? i didn't receive any atall, i remember back in the days they always gave RP at idk level 5 or something?

not sure what "board" this goes under aswell...hopefully i put this in the proper place...

We're working on putting out a better explanation for this. For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here - if you continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, you'll eventually get back into good standing. We're looking into making a player's status more clear/visible to help avoid this kind of confusion.

They also removed RP for reaching lvl 5 to reduce Botting, and gives Hextech crafted items instead (which are non-transferable)

Likewise just buy Loot easy enough. idc if Riot takes away key fragments I will just buy them. Chat restriction my ass Riot these kids deserve them aint going to stop me from buying stuff*[slayer-jinx-catface]* .
