Try and login, you will be presented your reform card, with chat logs showing your behavior.
What's the exact message you get when attempting to log into the client?
If you were punished for toxicity from the Instant Feedback System, you should receive chat logs when you attempt to log into the client. If you don't see them, then the punishment was likely due to something else, or possibly a result of a manual suspension.
If you can't find an e-mail from Riot (be sure to check the spam folder if you haven't), then you will need to submit a ticket to Player Support asking for the information regarding your permanent ban.

I suggest practicing forming sentences, prior to submitting a support ticket. If you can argue a logical rational case in the form of somewhat proper english you may have a chance.

If you mean you got permbanned (probably for extreme toxicity, going by the level of stupid in this post), you are absolutely not getting your money back. it is purely and entirely your fault that you got banned.
Are you seriously saying that Riot should pay you for violating their ToS? Also, why is Riot in quotes? They aren't some abstract idea, they are a company. Finally, you only need 1 period between sentences, not 3.

Here is the problem, You have to follow the rules not tell them your ideas.
The $ you spent you did so on your own, no one made you do it.
Also, when you started this game you had to agree to the rules of it, I am sorry that you are upset, However if you just followed some simple rules you'd not be complaining....
I have spent uncounted amount of $ on this game and don't regret a single purchase . Am I totally satisfied with this company ? NO, but I don't blame them nor will I argue with the rules "I" agreed too. I have and continue to agree with Riot !
