If you were punished for toxicity from the Instant Feedback System, you should receive chat logs when you attempt to log into the client. If you don't see them, then the punishment was likely due to something else, or possibly a result of a manual suspension.
If you can't find an e-mail from Riot (be sure to check the spam folder if you haven't), then you will need to submit a ticket to Player Support asking for the information regarding your permanent ban.

I suggest practicing forming sentences, prior to submitting a support ticket. If you can argue a logical rational case in the form of somewhat proper english you may have a chance.

ModWuks3 votesDo you have a ticket number for this request? It doesn't seem like there's a ticket related to this inquiry. If you can submit a ticket, perhaps, and provide a ticket number, we can clear this up. Regarding the suspension, however, I've heard that it appears justified.
Also, please note that the amount of money that you spend on the game doesn't give players a free pass to neglect the rules. The rules are in place to reasonably limit negative experience within League of Legends.

Here is the problem, You have to follow the rules not tell them your ideas.
The $ you spent you did so on your own, no one made you do it.
Also, when you started this game you had to agree to the rules of it, I am sorry that you are upset, However if you just followed some simple rules you'd not be complaining....
I have spent uncounted amount of $ on this game and don't regret a single purchase . Am I totally satisfied with this company ? NO, but I don't blame them nor will I argue with the rules "I" agreed too. I have and continue to agree with Riot !
