i played 2 games this morning then went and was watching netflix on my xbox and i come back and try to log on and it says i have been perminatly banned and i didnt say any of the things on the review in my email. and they have not responded to my email and dont have a phone number
I am skeptical of your claim but if what you said is true; Send a support ticket and present your case, it may be reverted unless you are lying to us.
Just trying to clarify. Do you think the logs are from games you actually played but contain things you never said? or Are there games in your match history that were not you playing?
Account sharing is also not allowed, so don't leave your account logged in. And your friends/roomates/siblings wont troll your accounts.

You may also submit a support request (how to do so is in the post) and they will explain in detail why your account was suspended and what, if anything, you can do about it.
