My main acc got banned somewhere in 2016. My internett was crap at the time, so i had a lot of matches where i would get disconected. I take it i got perma banned due to being so much AFK. BUT, i still havent gotten the email regarding the issue. My hopes is that there is some way for me to reclaim my old acc back.

They don't permaban you for afk'ing. If you don't know what your ban was for you should submit a Support Ticket.

Send a ticket for customer support.

But it's been a year as you said so I don't think they'll do something about it.

And perma bans can't be lifted

Just make a new account. By now you would already be where you were with your old one.
