My last game, banned

Hello! I played literally 16 games yesterday, yup im a nerd ;) and only one of those games I was a bit mad cause of a guy that was toxic towards the entire team, but I still added him after and said sorry to him even tho he was the worse of us, and he was fine about it and that apparently gave me a 10 Game restriction ban. In one of the games today I had a guy who literally died 17 times and was toxic to us all, I admit I called him a retard, it was bad, but it was in the heat of the moment of what he had done, the entire team was annoyed by him, but because of those restriction bans I actually started to think twice cause I didn't want it to happend again.

So I said to myself that I literally won't say a word in the future and decided to start a new game and during the champion selection I got kicked and suspended for 14 days as well and the reason to it was the match when he had 17 deaths and ruined it for us all. There are people in this game who treat others to find and kill them as well as saying things about their families, yesterday a guy said that my parents will get cancer and so on, I would never do anything of that, I just used the word retard and got 10 restriction bans and 14 day ban right after as well as the "risk" of a future permanent ban as well, this is really not fair, I made my account yesterday lol.
