I was banned, and would like to apologize

I was unsure as to what to post this in so this is my best guess. I have had two chat bans,I received these for being as toxic as can be, with that in mind the 3rd time my toxicity got out of line was the time I was banned. I would not like to make any excuses but rather say that I was indeed way out of line and fully and completely deserved the ban I received. With this in mind, I would like to apologize as well as plead for a 4th chance and promise if granted this wish that I will become the ideal summoner. I wish not to flame or troll, nor to be toxic, I wish simply to play the game I love with the people I love once again. I understand that being perma-banned is meant to be permanent however I cannot help but attempting to express my utmost apology and say from the deepest reach of my heart that I regret what I did.
