I was playing a ranked game, and already in champ select i knew something was wrong. Our jgler said "Ive inted the past 5 games. Youll be lucky if I dont int"
So the game starts. At first, he plays normally. Then after about 10 mins, he started flaming and inted about 4 kills. He then said "Ok, ill AFK in jg, good luck with 4v5", and he started AFK jgling. Then post game, he flamed us to the max, being racist, and even telling a teammate to slit his throat. As of right now, he has not been banned. When we said we would report him, his response was "Idgaf, ill just buy an account and start again, I like ruining games". People like this are really ruining the community.
