Player of 3 years accused of scripting by riot perma banned( even I didn't script)

Hello,

My name is Liu Yu, the owner of the account Akali PRPR Myoul that got suspended about 20 days ago.

I was told the reason it got permanently suspended was because I was using a third party program, that I was scripting. This claim, however, is not true. I believe I shouldn’t have been denied access to my account and that I should get it back. Here’s my case:

I never scripted or cheated in anyway. Did I use any third party service? Yes, as a matter of fact, I did. But it’s something called ElophantClient which I used to check how many skins I owned. I don’t think counting how many skins I have is against the League’s rules, considering my friends use it as well. I’m not sure if ElophantClient offers scripting as one of its services; regardless, even if they do offer such service, I never touched it.

I’m a Diamond I player and also a streamer on Twitch.tv and Douyutv.com (a Chinese equivalent of Twitch), I will post my links at the end of the email. This brings me to my next point: If I really did script, somebody out of the hundreds and thousands of viewers must have noticed and reported me a long time ago. I’ve been playing League for many years, not a single viewer ever pointed out that I was scripting. When I streamed, the people could see the game from my point of view, meaning they know what’s going on. To my knowledge when a scripter scripts, there may be circles around your champion and your champion may not respond to your commands when he/she attempts to awkwardly dodge skill-shots. Again, no one noticed anything suspicious out of the 2 years I streamed.

Another thing, I play many champions like Riven, Akali, Irelia, Janna, and Yasuo. Honestly, there’s almost no point trying to script those. If I was someone like Xerath or Velkoz or someone who relies heavily on skill-shots, it would make much more sense to script. There’s no need to script point-n-click champions. The only thing it does is help me dodge some skill-shots which honestly doesn’t matter to me.

I actually submitted another ticket before this particular one. One employee said he double-checked and believed that I did script. However, he did not have proofs whatsoever. All he said was that he was not mistaken. This is why I’m submitting another ticket in hopes of getting someone else more reasonable.

If ElophantClient was the sole reason why I got suspended, I will gladly uninstall and delete the software.

I feel like I should point this out as well, I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on this account. In fact, I have acquired 90% of the skins, excluding the newer ones. As you can obviously tell, I have virtually no reason to script and risk jeopardizing my whole streaming career as well as dumping $2000+ down the drain. Needless to say, when I heard that my account got banned, I was rather upset.

I love League of Legends and still wish to go back and enjoy the game with my friends again. Please take this ticket into consideration and let me know what exactly I did to offend the League’s Codes.

Thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing back from you soon! Liu Yu

How many years you've played; how much money you dump into your account; how much time you sank into this game; what champions you play - all mean nothing.

You admit to using a 3rd party service, if that's what did you in submit a support ticket. If it was something else, Riot knows and they'll send you packing without telling you exactly what got you caught.

Good luck.

I just checked, that application apparently also gives you detailed information about players in the game. Who they play alot, win rates with champions ect, pretty sure that part would not be allowed.

From the EULA

E. Use any unauthorized third-party programs that interact with the Software in any way, including but not limited to, “mods,” “hacks,” “cheats,” “scripts,” “bots,” “trainers,” or automation programs, or any third-party programs that intercept, emulate or redirect any communication between the Software and Riot Games, or that collect information about the Game by reading areas of memory used by the Software to store information about the Game.

Elophant technically is not authorized, as far as I know there is no 3rd party addon that officially is. It also seems to fall under " interception/redirection/collection of information" in order to show you the stats of people in game before the game starts.

Some players that got banned in the latest wave for 3rd party apps ended up really being banned for having their accounts boosted, so it looks like whatever Riot finds that's illegal on player accounts they're just filing it under the 3rd party label.

Did you miss the part where I said:

"How many years you've played; how much money you dump into your account; how much time you sank into this game; what champions you play - all mean nothing."

It was the very first thing I posted.

Maybe the other person who played on your account had third party programs on his pc running. (the guy/girl who played with flash on f instead of d) Btw. accountsharing isn't allowed.

I would contact a lawyer and sue them. That way, they'll be forced, under oath in the court of law, to show their proof before a judge and jury. If you're actually telling the truth, it'll work out in your favor.
