Permanently banned for games that I played before the 2 week suspension!

Hi, A long time ago I got banned for 2 weeks for toxicity. While this account was banned/suspended I was playing on a secondary account for 2 weeks. After the suspension was over I played 2-3 games on this account (past 2 weeks ban). After the third game I had an announcement that I got permanently banned. How is that possible? The new announcement had a chat log of a game where I was toxic, but the thing is, that game was played before the 2 week suspension. It was not a game from those 3 games that I did after the 2 week suspension. So i got permanently banned for no reason, without aving any second chance to redeem myself. How is that possibly. I get banned from a game that I played before my 2 week suspension!? Is this how the ban system works? I don't understand.

I only wrote this today because I didn't think about it at the moment. I though maybe I deserved the ban idk. But after talking to some friends a few days ago some of them told me to write a discussion here.

If logs for games prior to your 2 week ban were included in your permanent ban reform card, you should submit a Support Ticket and discuss that with them.

Riot has, in the past, explicitly stated that games before a punishment cannot be used for future punishments (Double jeopardy, basically).

Assuming your recollection is correct, you should definitely open up a ticket to support (as DTN mentions) and get the ban overturned.

oh lovely. my account comes off suspension today, so i'll probably be making one of these later. After all, I was suspended for saying "you are bad"

I have no idea if its how it works but how would you explain that otherwise :

you had a lot of flags/reports received a ban after the system checked some of them after you started playing again you got randomly reported and it caused system to check your account again, there were still previous flags and it was enough for a ban

You should just message riot support so they can check your case
