That stupid AFK waiting que that puts you twenty minutes behind for 5 games

I've got terrible internet. So do many people. More often than not, riot punishes us for our internet disconnecting during a game. Many times I've got the punishment without actually doing anything bad. But that isn't exactly what I came here today to speak about. What I'm VERY pissed off about right now is that I went to the bathroom. That's right, I went to the baño, during one of these said twenty minute waiting ques. Came back, the que was done. Press play, it's back up, as if I hadn't just waited TWENTY FREAKING MINUTES TO GET INTO A GAME. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FORTY BECAUSE I COULDN'T RESIST THE URGE TO TAKE A POOP? No. This ain't cool riot. Not only did my internet disconnect and you guys wrongfully gave me that waiting que punishment in the first place, but now I have to wait an extra twenty minutes ON TOP OF THAT. You know whenever you dodge from champ pick with toxic players or because you didn't get the roll you wanted, it gives you the five minute que and then sends you back to the play screen without putting you in que to get into a game? Why can't that happen with the afk punishment que? I'm not saying you should lower the time. I'm saying don't automatically put us in a que to play after the twenty minute timer is done. After the twenty minute timer is done, it should allow us to press play and get into que. If it did that (You do it with the champion select dodge punishment ques, why not this one riot?) then a LOT more players and CUSTOMERS would be far less angered and irritated at this game than they already are. I mean, this has to be the most annoying thing about League of Legends and Riot. It makes me want to uninstall the game and never spend another dime on it. Riot, take care of your customers, please. JESUS.

If you know that you struggle to maintain a constant internet connection and yet play anyways, then it's on you if you get punished for it and not Riot. The reason that you got a queue punishment is because LeaverBuster noticed you were DCing far too often. Riot understands that emergencies happen, however it's the players responsibility to make sure that they leave and/or afk as little as possible. LB does have built-in leniency for such situations, but if you know you have to be somewhere in a couple of minutes and/or you know that your internet connection is unstable, then you shouldn't be playing until you know those issues are taken care of. If you don't and you use up all that leniency, then it's your own fault for choosing to play while knowing that something could happen that could cause you to leave/afk, not Riot's.
