Banned first time=perma banned

Hi guys can someone tell me why i got banned on my account permanently directly? i did not get any warninings toward my behaviour and i was a fairplay player.. i admit i was salty sometimes but i never insulted people like ''go die'' or any insult addressed to his or her parents.. I am schocked because i read some people got before getting permabann 3-7-14 days ban but i got directly perma..this happened today.. I was playing normally yestrday just to find out i got banned today.. Please RIOT..i dont think i deserve such treatment.. My sumonner name is Fr33 WiFi.

You should have received an email outlining the reason for your ban. If you have not, you should contact player support.

i didnt got such thing sir.. and i changed my email but still didnt got any email..so pls.. at least i want to know why..

i already posted a ticket for riot and waiting.. i am so depressed..because i loved this game and i spent alot on it.. just to have fun with my friends.. this is not fair..

Alot of people getting perma bans with no reasons stated whats up with the permas with no warning :(

There "professional" software doing the ban wave, is literally banning for almost anything. macro keys regardless of there use. ram "savers" lol, pretty much any program running in background that can tweak league or look at coding etc, they banned the accounts.

I was banned perma after 6 years playing the game without a single warning ? I was banned after going 0/10/3 but I was live streaming and was at the end of a 24 hour marathon. Is there no way to appeal this? utc 2700

I got the perma ban utc 2700 too but since i had no previous infractions they changed it to the 14 day one, better than perma just have to be careful when I get to angry next time and just quit instead of going on and griefing other games

I was permabanned. Not given chat logs, the email does not explain why. I suspect it was toxicity which I'd be okay with.

I sent a ticket suggesting I might have been hacked because it came out of nowhere, but have received no response or review. If it is a legitimate ban, please Riot Tantram, tell me. I don't mind being banned but I want to know why.

I don't mind getting summoner 11 'd either. Just please explain why I was perma-banned.

i didnt got any email and i posted this on support and about that program i didnt used it after it was banned from lol...and that happened over 5 months ago...so i dont really get why..

What did the ban say it was for? There is currently a 3rd party application ban wave going out, so it could be for that

you got banned for malicious software, there was a banwave, mostly for people using MKlol. malicious software is a permaban regardless of earlier punishments

If it was a first time offense then either you were caught using a 3rd party ban (most likely scenario as there is a ban wave going on currently as everyone has been saying) or you were just that toxic in your game. But as others have said check your email associated with your league account and it will tell you what you got ban for!

Just wait for evidence and handle it through ticket. Can't really give any opinions on ban because reasons are unknown. Hopefully it is not toxic behavior because I would have to rant... Good luck.

It was probably for malicious software like the rest of us, that bad part is riot is not seeing their mistake and won't un ban any of those accounts. It is kinda funny how I have 3 different accounts that play on the same computer, but only my account got banned for the "malicious software". I even offered to supply videos of the games on the day they "show" the software to be of use, but of course they can't provide a day. But yet riot still thinks this is not an error. So either 1) Their software is broken. 2) Their software sucks and doesn't catch all accounts logged in. 3) There is something in Windows that their software is saying is a 3rd party program.

Thank god im not the only one in this problem. I hope we get help! 3 weeks waiting them to fix this permanent suspension!
