This is getting stupid, trolls need to stop or we should at least be able to dodge champ select.

So I've come across a problem and i hope someone can give me some feedback. I like this new champ select, its cool and all but I've been running into the same problem almost every game. Now, I'm in low Silver, i was in high silver almost about to reach promos for gold but this new champ select has pushed me back a whole ton. I dont know if this is only a low elo problem or not but even so how am i supposed to get higher elo when i gotta deal with this all the time. So, with the new ADC fixes i find myself playing ADC a lot now. I was a jungle main but now ADC's are my thing. With that being said, with this new champ select I find now a lot of people are picking some very bad or almost even troll supports. I cant tell you how many times I've either had to ban someone's support based on champ select because they are going Pantheon or Ekko support or something along those lines or ive had to dodge queue all together. I've asked people why they are going such a troll support, like they now have the ability to pick whatever freaking roll they want yet im getting the worst support choices. The answers im getting are "I have to wait 20 mins for a game if i dont pick fill or support." or some shit along those lines. I don't care how long you have to wait so you can play ekko mid or top but seriously why are you going to waste 20-40 mins of game time and my time just so you can troll support? I never had this problem much in the previous champ select. There was the occasional troll but honestly ive dropped from s3 to s5 in a day now. I dodge because i dont want to go through the pain of having a mele range pantheon with no tankyness and barely any CC for a minimum of 20 mins. No matter how well im playing if they end up feeding either the enemy ADC or the enemy support there is not much i can do! In that situation calling for a gank doesnt seem to help much either, that usually transitions into a double or even a triple kill for the enemy team. Or even worse, the other team picks up on my shitty ass support so my lane ends up getting camped so they can feed off the 0/3 Lee sin support after only 7 minutes of game time. My only way around this now is to just play top and mid. I'd rather play ADC because when i have a real support its actually one of the most fun positions in my opinion to play. Im tired of these Anivia's that think they can take all my cs and kills just cause their champ scales well. This is breaking the game for me. Maybe Riot wont care cause im just one person but honestly this is getting stupid. I'd rather dodge and wait 20 mins then waste 20+ minutes in game but i literally just dodged 2 in a row and the second game made me lose 10 LP!!! Wtf? 10?! This is stupid. I am almost 100% sure im going to lose lane to a Jinx/Braum or Lucian/Thresh if i have a stupid Garen support. Please someone give me some insight. Im almost ready to never play ADC again but even then someone else on my team is going to have to deal with the troll support. This is not fair. Dodging at least shouldnt cost you and LP. You're wasting 5 minutes of peoples lives instead of wasting 20+ Minutes on a troll support. Please someone give me some insight. If anything i'd like to hear from someone in Riot but I highly doubt any of them would even bat an eye to me over their piles of money. Everyone good luck on the rift.
