Draft Pick "Pick Order"

So I've had this happen to me about 3 times this week. If you don't get it, I got into a draft queue and I get my role, but someone else above me in pick order decides that they don't want to go with their given role (Green bar). (White Bar) is someone who agrees who might be a duo, either way agrees with his sentiments. Typically I'd say yes, but when it's someone who forces me out of my role when they could have put a second preferred role instead of pulling this kind of stunt instead of asking and accepting fate if they don't get their role, it become just absolutely disgraceful. Especially since it's more than likely two people who are in on it who will, when in game, support each other regardless of what others say. This is starting to really affect my account, because I keep dodging so that I don't have to deal with these kinds of people.

I love this game and I know I'm not the best player, but this is just unacceptable. I am no genius, but this does not look fair for anyone. If this happens, what should I do, and what can Riot do? I know that there's only so much they can do, so what can we as a community do too? Thoughts, comments?
