You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions

I received a 2 week ban almost 2 months ago for being toxic in chat in games and I've been unbanned for a bit over a month now. Im not going to say the ban was unfair, it was completely justified. I have been nothing but a good teammate to people since then, especially since I am not able to earn mastery tokens or chests/keys, and I am trying to be able to get them back. How long does this last? Also, whats the point of punishing someone like me who has served me time already and am trying to be better? Will I ever be seen as just a normal player by Riot ever again, or will I forever remain on a blacklist, and not receive the same awards like other players?
