Ideas To Fix The Flawed Report System and Being Falsely Reported By Trolls

So, I'm not all that great of a jungler (only level 10, just got smite and used it for the second time in that game, solo queue unranked) and we have a Rammus saying the usual GG noob team, etc. Then he also says we have a terrible jungler (me). I don't really care, I just say 'Thanks for the compliment' which wasn't all that rude in turn. Then at then end of the game it says I've been reported for offensive language. So, I have never cursed or ever said anything offensive in chat, the most offensive thing being probably 'Thanks for the compliment' as stated above, or 'Can we please have someone go top lane?' (we had three bot one mid). I realize that, since my chat log is clean, I'll be fine, but it got me thinking that generally trolls more often use the report system than others. Is there any way that Riot could potentially fix/help this system? If you have any ideas, feel free to share.

There is already something in place for false reports. Players who send in false reports very frequently will have their report weight lowered, eventually to the point where the system ignores their reports all together, making them essentially useless.

So... you wanting a check box that they can click saying "This is a troll report"? The report system is only as flawed as anything in humanity; it depends on people reporting people. Last time I checked, criminals don't typically turn themselves in... and then when they are caught, will immediately roll on someone else or blame someone else to justify their actions or get leniency. Provided you're innocent, brush it off and move on.
