Permanent ban for 1 game

I was permabanned from league a year back after a 14 day suspension, and i was wondering if there is anyway to appeal or undo the ban. I was permabanned for only one game in the client message box and i did not use any racial slurs or homophobic insults, just calling 1 person bad and saying "fucking" and "retarded" , which is toxic but not as bad as bad as threatening people or being racist.

I read some other threads and people were saying it had to be serious for you to get banned for 1 game, but i don't see anything that big for what i said to induce a permaban. I know its probably impossible to unban an account but its worth a try.
