honestly this chat logs is not worth a 14 bans , Riot gave me a 10 games chat restricted that i fully understand since i got salty in a ranked game for getting inted but , this ban , is way toi much IMO. I don't mind having an other chat restriction , give me 50 chat restricted game if you want , i don't mind but the ban is way tol much.
More than likely, this punishment is for your repeated use of a racial slur that is used to demean/humiliate/make fun of Asians.
Riot has zero tolerance for racial slurs or insensitive comments based on race.
after a 10 game chat restriction you go to 14 days. you made fun of a region stereotypicaly alot <------- this is what got you banned you said ggez <----- this just added to it

Keep your mouth shut... and you won't be banned. Its not that hard man.
If it isn't comment on something that is hard to explain with just a ping, that is aimed at increasing your chance of winning, don't type it.
